AJSA is a non-government and not-for-profit organisation facilitating community development initiatives in India, since 1989. We are a leading organization addressing the root causes of extreme poverty through its holistic, community-driven approach to Sustainable Development.

AJSA specializes in the design, development, and implementation of Sustainable Development solutions on behalf of our multitude of partners and government agencies in the quest to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). AJSA projects/services/initiatives are strategically planned, designed, implemented, and monitored with attention to scientific accuracy. It is a priority that- our activities include the input of the communities we serve, as well as local and national level governance institutions to help bring forth a sustainable, greener, and inclusive India.

AJSA is also actively working to improve access to and the sustainable management of existing water sources in vulnerable communities. We work tirelessly to improve water and sanitation systems and provide crucial hygiene education to communities in need. We collaborate with local CBOs, WASH committees to build new water and sanitation systems and provide training to local leaders to manage and repair these systems. We also promote healthy hygiene practices to prevent the spread of diseases. All of our efforts are grounded in protecting vulnerable groups and ensuring that everyone has access to clean water and safe sanitation to maintain good health.
