We are an independent research institute that focuses on the legal challenges facing water supply infrastructure projects. The world's water infrastructure must adapt to climate change and extreme supply variations, and we research the legal road-blocks that stand in the way of improving, adapting, and developing new water infrastructure for the future. These include public-private partnerships, water markets, and environmental review.
