ADM, PepsiCo, and partners are working across corn, soy, and wheat supply sheds to incentivize and educate farmers on regenerative agriculture practices. Technical assistance is provided by regional partners including Practical Farmers of Iowa, Kansas Association of Conservation Districts, Minnesota Soil Health Coalition, Ducks Unlimited, and American Farmland Trust. Farmers receive support through consultations, digital training, and field days. Data is collected by Farmers Business Network to verify outcomes. In 2023, 96% of farmers indicated they would re-enroll, and 87% would promote the program to others. In 2024, the program expanded its focus to cover crops, tillage, and fertilizer efficiency.
