People believe these resources belong to the government and therefore have no responsibility to manage or conserve these resources. This project will provide education and awareness to the local people and different water stakeholders to ensure community participation in the management and conservation of water resources in the region.

Project Results

The beneficiaries of the project will be women and girls who are mostly using water and interacting with water sources and resources. Outcomes: 1. Increased awareness of the management and conservation of water sources and resources; 2. Improved access to clean and safe water; 3. reducing environmental pollution and the effects of climatic change.
