From Storage to Retention: Expanding California’s Options for Meeting Its Water Needs provides a consensus framework for guiding efforts to improve storage options and a set of high-priority actions towards improving California’s water management. From Crisis to Connectivity: Renewed Thinking About Managing California’s Water and Food Supply describes the connectivity approach, which provides a whole-systems framework for our water management decisions.
