The purpose of this report is to outline the inadequate access to clean water supply and availability to sustainability management of water and sanitation on MUBUK community we conducted our research by asking a group of individual living in MUBUK community case study Badarawa, Kwaru. Which consists of people with a range of of household, women and girls in Badarawa Kwaru who are seriously off track to meet the water related goals and targets of the 2030 agenda for sustainable development on ensuring availability and sustainable management of water & sanitation.
In addition, we surveyed that the outdated boreholes in kwaru is much more than the updated ones which is a major hindrance to access water in the community.
We found that, on the whole MUBUK Community water is usually fetch by the women at the household, often assisted by children and most commonly by the girl child in many part of the community a journey to fetch water can mean up to 2KM.

 GOALS AND objectives
 To achieve the sustainable deve;lopment goal 6 of universal access to safe water supply and sanitation and complete eradication of dracunculiasis.
 The availability of at least 30 litres of safe drinking water per person per day, located within 500 meters of the users dwelling.
 To address the issues of
 national capacity building
 community management and maintenance of facilities
 sustainability and greatly improving data base monitoring and evaluation
 considering these needs, the major goal and impact objectives of the MUBUK water project cycle will be
 GOALS
 To contribute to a significant reduction in the death of young children from dehydration caused by diarrhea
 and other water borne and water related diseases and contributing to a significant reduction in drudgery workload of women and children occasioned while fetching water, so ad to create time for relaxation and education and economic pursuits

 To contribute significantly to state and national programme development and capacity building so as to ensure increased and sustained programme output to given minimum quality standards and at reasonable cost.
OUTCOMES OBJECTIVES
For a target population of over 250,000 reduce the drudgery and workload of women and children by reducing time spent in fetching fresh water to 1-2 hours daily, making available safe water at a minimum of 30 litres per capita per day and contributing to a reduction in the overall incidence of diarrhoeal disease.
Eliminating 100% the time of the MUBUK COMMUNITY workers lost due to sickness and disability caused by dracunculiasis and secondary infections so as to greatly improve the economic and social environment of MUBUK COMMUNITY, and greatly improve thereby the health and well-being of MUBUK people.
