Este proyecto tiene como finalidad dar un tratamiento diferenciado al agua residual industrial y dar un alcance al tema del reuso de esta agua tratada en uno de los procesos que se lleva a cabo en nuestra Fábrica de Cajas, con esto se busca generar la reducción de carga contaminante del vertimiento, como también la reducción y optimización del consumo del recurso hídrico. Este proyecto tiene como finalidad dar un tratamiento diferenciado al agua residual industrial y dar un alcance al tema del reuso de esta agua tratada en uno de los procesos que se lleva a cabo en nuestra Fábrica de Cajas, con esto se busca generar la reducción de carga contaminante del vertimiento, como también la reducción y optimización del consumo del recurso hídrico. La planta se basa en un tratamiento físico-químico del agua para separar la carga contaminante a través de un proceso de coagulación/floculación, también cuanta con un filtro prensa para el tratamiento de los lodos, este busca deshidratarlos antes de darles la respectiva disposición final. Esta planta fue concebida con un tanque de almacenamiento para aguas residuales tratadas para su posterior aprovechamiento. Actualmente, la planta se encuentra el 100% en funcionamiento, el agua que se proyecta para reuso se encuentra en proceso de verificación de cumplimiento de los parámetros requeridos para el uso proyectado.
