Project Narrative

The initiative has a governance model of BIER as the Secretariat; Member companies; local implementation partner Red BioTerra; and local communications partner Bardo Communications. Members are asked to make a multi-year commitment and a minimum financial contribution of $40K. The local team meets at least monthly with each member taking a turn with facilitating the meetings and circulating notes. There are parallel work plans: 1) Maintaining 2020 implementation activities; and 2) Launching the 5-year expansion of the project. We are also actively recruiting additional member companies beyond the beverage sector with several brand name companies considering joining the collaboration.
