Namilanda is small town that is inhabitanted by gold miners , with a population of 20000 people the town has no piped water. The miners drink un-clean water and can not afford to bath after mining because there is hardly no water near them ,making them to spend days without bathing .

Again in Namilanda the miners who mine gold don't have toilets in the mining area . Making them to do open defication.
