Project Overview

This project aims to reduce the incidence of WASH related diseases (such as diarrhea) among the school children of Itumbu primary of Lugari District of Kakamega county. This shall be achieved through provision of safe water by construction of a rainwater harvesting tank and gutters, and improved sanitation through constructing of VIP latrines to benefit 625 children and their 18 teachers.
