The organization is a Public benefit Organization (PBO) for the promotion and/or advocacy of human rights and democracy through the promotion of community-based projects relating to self-help, empowerment, capacity building, skills development or anti-poverty. The promotion, facilitation and support of access to land and use of land, housing and infrastructural development for promoting official land reform programmes. The provision of training for unemployed persons with the purpose of enabling them to obtain employment, inclusive of training of persons employed in the national, provincial and local sphere of government, for the purpose of capacity building in those spheres of government. The organization facilitates rallying and mobilising development partners ODA framework Agreements resources and efforts towards poverty reduction, with emphasis on the environmental dimension of sanitation for all, inclusive of the Civil Society Organizations CSOs.
