SDG Overview

SDG Target

  • Strengthen resilience and adaptive capacity to climate-related hazards and natural disasters in all countries

Increasing resilience is important to address such vulnerabilities, and benefits from governmental or institutional capacity to adapt and manage risk; a supportive regulatory and policy framework, and the ability to cope with changes at a local level.
