Project Overview

We are focused on continuing to improve efficiency of the use of water to ensure that costs are contained as best as possible year-on-year. Between the 2012 and 2017 financial years, we realised an 11% improvement in water efficiency through the implementation of various initiatives. These initiatives required capital expenditure. One example was the implementation of a reverse osmosis system at the PMR which processes stormwater and returns it for use in the operations.
