Project Overview

In partnership with The Freshwater Trust, the project fallows 201.9 acres of previously irrigated farmland at Rancho Llano Seco along the Sacramento River for three years. The forbearance of these water rights will ensure that the volume stays in-stream to benefit aquatic habitats and water security in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta.
