Project Overview

In partnership with the Plumas Corporation, the project restores 212 acres of McKenzie Meadows, re-establishing hydrologic connectivity between channels and their historic floodplain, increasing existing wetland coverage (from 94 acres to 127 acres), and improving forage capacity for wildlife and livestock.
