In partnership with Netafim, this project based at David Carlucci Farming in Madera County reduces agricultural water demand by switching from inefficient flood irrigation to the highly-efficient subsurface drip irrigation (SDI) on the 215-acre farm in the Middle San Joaquin River Watershed.
