Project Overview

In partnership with The Nature Conservancy and California Waterfowl Association, this project creates 274-acres of temporary and critical wetland habitat for migrating shorebirds on agricultural lands in the Sacramento Valley. The project also contributes to groundwater recharge in depleted aquifers.
