This project activates a full forensic diagnostic of a priority basin using the Water Resilience Model (WRM). It identifies hidden losses, ecological degradation, governance gaps, and systemic vulnerabilities across the catchment.The project combines field‐based assessments, spring and river testing, moisture and infiltration diagnostics, community intelligence, and institutional interviews to build a unified basin‐scale resilience architecture.Outputs include a risk atlas, a resilience pathway map, and a set of actionable interventions for basin authorities, municipalities, and cross‐border partners.
