Through this project, Rural Community Assistance Program (RCAP) will use KCWT funding to scale their Water Leadership Institute training program by providing scholarships to 200 participants from over 50 rural, water challenged communities. Through a train-the-trainer style program, participants will cultivate personal and professional leadership skills that they can use in their current, or future, roles as water utility clerks, board members, or staff. This training will also help guide them through the process of adopting regionalization strategies.
