El acuifero de Ica se encuentra en deficit y es un riesgo para la continuidad de la economia de la provincia que se sustenta principalmente por la agroexportacion.
Toda accion que ayude a reducir ese deficit es prioritaria.
Se ha instalado una poza de infiltracion de 55,000 m3 en el sector Los Aquijes, cercano a uno de los pozos de la empresa.
El objetivo es recargar el acuífero con aguas superficiales excedentes del canal La Achirana
