Mejorar la calidad del agua para el consumo humano en la población del sector Sur, Zona Urbana del municipio de Puerto Wilches, Santander, a traves de la construcción y puesta en funcionamiento del sistema de tratamiento de agua potable del sector sur del area urbana del municipio de Puerto Wilches.
