... is in the overall area of governance, political systems, public administration, service delivery and anti-corruption. Based on thematic and regional focus, the overall coordination of assignments is assumed by Francesc Bellaubi or Heike Scherff.

Our team members have worked with leading international development, academic and anti-corruption organisations, among them Transparency International (TI), the European Commission (EC), the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) and in projects with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), World Bank (WB), Department for International Development (DfID) and Foundations. Core and network members have additional expertise in addressing gender equality.
