Clark, AICP, PMP with a vision of providing quality professional services to people within public, private, and nonprofit organizations in a respectful and values-based manner. Terry A. Clark, AICP, PMP is Owner and Lead Consultant with StaffConnections, LLC. Terry has over 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors including preparation of local and regional comprehensive plans, water supply plans, water quality, and environmental resource management plans. Terry has worked at the state, regional, and local government levels and held senior-level positions with private consulting companies. Terry has a demonstrated talent for facilitating solutions from diverse groups in the development of community and regional plans embraced by decision-makers and stakeholders. Terry has a Bachelor's and Master’s Degree in Geography and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development. He is a certified planner (AICP) and project manager (PMP) and is the author of the book, Project Management for Planners: A Practical Guide published by the American Planning Association (ISBN 1-884829-63-5).
