FEDITALIASERVIZI is an International Organization as a Bilateral Body dedicated to Institutional and Social Cooperation at an International level. Among the main objectives is the creation of a vast network of Social and Institutional Cooperation. This in itself implies collaboration between different institutions, organizations and bodies both at a national and international level in order to promote cooperation.
Furthermore, due to its mediation function, it acts as the main interlocutor in relations between PP.AA. and citizenship, to facilitate the latter's understanding of the bureaucratic complexity deriving from administrative applications. As well as Cohesion and Solidarity between individuals and nations, allowing social issues to be addressed on a global level. Such goals are very important to address complex challenges such as poverty, education, health and other social problems on an international scale. Playing this very important role in the promotion of the Culture and Development of greater Cooperation, it is also the official promoter and coordinator of the first National Network of Integrated Services, which aims to carry out the functions of a Mega URP structured in a P.U.A., which thanks to their function and professionalism in terms of mediation and on simplifying the understanding of bureaucratic issues between public authorities and citizens. This is essential to help citizens navigate the complex administrative system, allowing them to better understand processes and procedures, which in turn can improve participation and collaboration between Government, Public Bodies and Civil Society. This dual mission of International Cooperation and facilitation of communication between authorities, the third sector and citizens is of considerable importance in view of the social and administrative challenges to be faced in future times. The activity carried out at an Institutional and Social level is carried out as a priority without any profit-making purpose.
