YouthAid-Liberia (YAL) is a child rights protection and youth development non-governmental organization devoted to engaging, empowering, and elevating local children and youth across Liberia irrespective of educational, religious, political, cultural and economic statuses. Since 2012, YouthAid-Liberia as a Partner4Humanity has been working to support children’s rights protection, education and youth development and empowerment programs/projects in local communities across Montserrado, Margibi, Bomi, Bong and Gbarpolu counties, including Children Vacation School, Children Reading Academy, sexual and reproductive health rights and drug policy education and substance abuse awareness for peers, civic advocacy on elections with vote reached and first time voters, peacebuilding initiatives and democracy/human rights advocacy, WASH Promotion and providing humanitarian relief supports to disadvantaged and affected young people, disaster affected youth, children and victims of SGVB through mentoring, counselling and leadership building services.
