Krishna & Cauvery Basin Action

The Krishna and Cauvery River Basins are two of the most important river systems in southern India, supporting millions of people through agriculture, industry, and water supply. The Krishna-Cauvery Water Action Collaborative covers a wide area of sourthern India and the Water Resilience Coalition is partnering with IIT-IIT around project implementation. Get Involved.

The Godavari Initiative

With particular focus in Maharashtra, The Godavari Initiative (TGI) aims to address the urgent water challenges facing the region by creating a multi-stakeholder collaborative platform for corporates, government, and civil society to engage in collective action through engagement and capacity building, research and innovation, benefit sharing and practical learning, and investments in nature-based solutions. TGI represents the first phase of the full-basin vision for the Godavari Basin. Get Involved.

Río Bravo Activity

The Rio Bravo/Grande is a transboundary basin originating in the USA and flowing through the Mexico state of Nuevo León. This basin faces significant challenges, with water supply shortages among the most striking. A coalition of private sector companies, NGOs, and public sector entities is coming together to work towards addressing the shared water challenges of the region. Learn more.
