Our key objective is to construct a potable water treatment utility & bulk water dispensing station, with a set goal of commissioning by January 2019.

Our missions at Stoddart Creek Water Services Inc is to serve the public with a Pristine Demineralized supply of potable water; a superior quality of potable water in a region where water characteristics are challenging and a quality supply of fresh water is limited.

In today's world where a quality supply of fresh water seems to be deminishing daily, our objective is to naturally put our project in the spotlight.

At Stoddart Creek Water Services Inc we not only pride ourselves to be a part of Water Stewardship, we also ensure our company wide standards and operational practices align with Environmental Stewardship & Sustainable Business Models. As a part of Phase 2 with our project in 2019 we have set the initiative to re-filter/re-treat our Backwash water which is generated in duration of the purification process. To take our stratedgey a step ahead of most we have actively been promoting the use of this water in advance to the water treatment utility being commissioned. We are doing so to gain forefront interest from industry water users, road maintenance groups and infrastructure contractors raising awareness that an alternative solution and water source is available in the region. Water users as such, in our region, currently draw fresh water or utilize potable water, not specifically required for their day to day activities. Energy sector water users who are currently facing challenges in gaining sufficient water rights/access to water sources for their operations have expresssed interest in this supply of water as well once it becomes available.

By innovating and moving in this direction we not only stimulate the economy with our newly developed project, become more sustainable in water treatment, we also support local industry as it's need for water increases. In addition we support a much greater cause globally, that being water conservation.

We continually advance our education in water treatment, interact with governments and create company standards & operation procedures to align with water conservation by outside of the box thinking and doing. Marketing our back wash water, being a Leader in Sustainable Business Models is just one of the practices we share and help by educating others as well in the need of water conservation.

The project began in March of 2017 compiling research on surrounding subsurface aquifers and then commenced to drilling of 2 water wells and preformed aquifer testing. Upon satisfactory aquifer yields, application for water license was filed. Later part of 2017 Stoddart Creek Water Services Inc received construction permit from Northern Health for the water treatment utility & bulk water dispensing station construction and received approval on a classed as “confined aquifer” and water treatment process. Shortly after the success of a long-term water licenses followed.

Once all approvals were in place equipment was ordered, installation of the purification equipment began upon arrival of the equipment. To date established "Water Services Agreements" with various commercial water haulers in the region are in place and actively doing final mechanical installations to complete the construction stage. Our goal is to commission the water treatment utility and bulk water dispensing station by January 2019.

The water treatment utility and bulk water dispensing station is strategically located in an area where many ongoing activities take place such as: agriculture, oil and gas exploration, forestry, mining and ongoing government infrastructure projects (site C hydro electric dam) which helps us with income diversification from different sectors of water users and offers a unique opportunity to market our back-wash water.

Pending commissioning, Phase 2 of the project is expected to be under way by May 2019 to construct a water reservoir with storage of 40,000m3 for the bask wash water along with water user agreements in place.

We're very passionate about what our greater cause here is at Stoddart Creek Water Services Inc and continually zone in on the fulfilling adventure ahead.
