As Brisbane is the area of the highest water risk in Kirin group, the Castlemain Parkins Plant in Brisbane introduced the cutting-edge facility to reduce water use in 2008. Its initial cost was about 250 million yen. The facility enables advanced water treatment using reverse osmosis and use of recycled water.
