We promote best practice and awareness through several water meters to monitor water use at different areas and find out any water leakage. As a site-specific target, the site set a maximum threshold for fresh water costs in 2016. We check fresh and waste water parameters on a regular basis and purify fresh water to improve its quality for production processes. Further, the site reuses condensate from purified water system, and collects rainwater for greenery. We have introduced several initiatives to reduce water use, among others these are employee awareness campaigns, the monitoring of water consumption and leakage as well as more efficient cleaning cycles.
