Project Overview

After the establishment of the new physico-chemical pre-treatment the treatment efficiency was increased and the legal limits and quality requirements therefore observed. For example the recycling of RO wastewater (saving about 20.000 m³/a), replacement of the pre-treatment and KTL in the paint shop (saving about 36.000 m³/a), reduction of quenching water (saving about 5.400 m³/a) and adjustment of the first zone of the pre-treatment in the paint shop (saving about 5.000 m...

For example the recycling of RO wastewater (saving about 20.000 m³/a), replacement of the pre-treatment and KTL in the paint shop (saving about 36.000 m³/a), reduction of quenching water (saving about 5.400 m³/a) and adjustment of the first zone of the pre-treatment in the paint shop (saving about 5.000 m³/a). To strengthen the links with the local community the riverside park next to the production site was extended to increase the biodiversity, connect the habitats and provide a leisure zone.
