The Alliance Nationale des Consommateurs et de l'Environnement (ANCE-Togo) was created on August 21, 1999, by the initiative of some organizations concerned about the damages caused to the economy, environment, society and the desire to promote sustainable development in Togo. ANCE is recognized as an Association under N°0290/MATDCL-SG-DLPAP-DOCA of May 21, 2010, by the Ministry of Decentralisation and Local Government of Togo. ANCE is also recognized as Development NGO by the Ministry of Planning of Togo under N°651/PR/MPDAT/2012 of July 11, 2012. Our mission is to promote sustainable development in Togo through adequacy consumption-protection of the environment and optimization of know-how of local communities and local resources. Our governing structures include the General assembly, Board of directors, Executive Secretariat, and Working Groups. Our programs include Environment, Health, Sustainable Agriculture, Water and Sanitation, and Law Enforcement.
