Regions

The Water Action Hub provides a range of information across a number of geographies around the world. In particular, it maps and provides information on projects being undertaken in different regions. The unique, in-depth region profiles also include information about organizations with an expressed interest in collaborating with others and specific water challenges reported by Hub users.

In addition, the profiles provide up-to-date region specific news, information about local region authorities, planning documents, and links to basin level water stewardship tools.

Together, this provides users with the tools necessary to understand local challenges, local priorities, and the different organizations and projects with whom they can engage to work towards meeting water-related objectives.

The Water Action Hub is currently profiling the Orange-Senqu, Wami-Ruvu, Colorado, Limpopo, Lake Victoria, Thames and Ganges Regions.

In 2013, we will be adding at least an additional six regions, so please check back often for updates.
