Carry out comprehensive and adequate management of the liquid waste generated by the population (domestic discharges) and productive activities of the MDQ (industrial discharges) through its interception, conduction, and treatment of urban wastewater; in a way that minimizes the impacts that are currently derived from direct discharge to rivers and streams, contributing to improving the quality of life of the population, directly and indirectly, involved in the project.
